Inventory without the stickers.
Tagless lets moving crews inventory a home by photo. Snap a photo of each item and keep moving. The app works out what it is, the driver confirms, and it's logged with condition photos, time and location.
Coming to iPhone first, then Android. Now taking early-access moving companies.

Sticker inventory eats the first hour of every job.
On a typical pickup, a driver walks the house with a roll of numbered stickers and a paper form, tagging every dresser, box and lamp and writing its condition by hand. It can take one to two hours before anything goes on the truck.
And when something arrives damaged, that handwritten form is often the weakest part of the claim.
Tagless replaces the stickers and the form with the phone already in the driver's pocket. Every item gets a photo record instead of a number, and that record follows the shipment from pickup to delivery.
Three steps per item.
The crew does what they already do: look at the item. Tagless does the writing.
- 1
Scan it
Point the camera at the item. Tagless identifies it and suggests a description, the way Google Lens would.
- 2
Confirm it
The driver confirms or corrects what the app found, notes the condition, and scans serial numbers on high-value pieces.
- 3
Sign and share
The customer signs on the phone at pickup and at delivery, and both sides see the same inventory list.
Built for the truck, not the office.
Photo proof of condition
Every item gets photos stamped with the time and GPS location, so you know exactly what it looked like when it was picked up.
One list, everyone on it
The moving company and the customer log in to the same live inventory. No more arguing over a carbon copy.
Works with no signal
Basements, rural driveways, storage units. Tagless keeps working offline and syncs when the phone reconnects.
Handoffs that don't lose anything
On long-haul and overseas moves, the next driver or agent sees the same records as the crew that loaded the truck.
For moving companies
- Faster pickups, with no sticker rolls or paper forms to buy and lose
- A stronger record when a damage claim comes in
- Every crew documents items the same way
- Clean handoffs between drivers, trucks and agents
For customers
- See every item on your move, with photos, from your own login
- Know what was recorded about each item's condition at pickup
- Declare your high-value items on the record
- Sign on a phone instead of a smudged carbon copy
