From the first item at pickup to the last one off the truck, the same record follows the shipment.

Before the move
The moving company sets up the job in Tagless and invites the customer, who gets their own login to follow along.

At pickup
The crew walks the home and scans each item. They confirm what the app identifies, add condition photos, and capture serial numbers on high-value pieces.

Customer sign-off
The customer reviews the list, declares any high-value items, and signs on the driver's phone before the truck leaves.

In transit
If the shipment changes hands between drivers, trucks or agents, the next person opens the same records. Nothing is re-tagged.

At delivery
Items are checked against the inventory as they come off the truck, with new photos for anything that needs them.

Final signature
The customer signs for delivery. If a claim comes up later, the before and after photos are already on file.
